Robert brings more than 20 years of expertise in composite production and operations management. Prior to joining ETC, he served as Production and Operations Manager at TCR Composites, where he successfully led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, R&D capabilities, and profit margins.
Through strategic recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, Robert cultivated high-performing teams that reduced turnover and strengthened organizational capabilities. His track record of continuous improvement, process optimization, and collaborative leadership makes him an outstanding fit for ETC’s growth strategy.
