Tape heating, tape cooling, tape compaction, tape tension, and other process variables can be controlled within the wrapping recipe for reduced operator interaction. Automatic build up and peel back monitoring maintain precise positioning of the tape during wrapping, and tape rollers and heating nozzles can be swapped out quickly for tape widths up to 14 inches. With an Allen Bradley control system and process variable recording, the TW60 is ideal for aerospace and defense programs.
